The building is newer and extremely nice. We go to look at magazines and sit on the comfortable chairs. We have been downstairs maybe twice and it seemed set up and well stocked with books for children. No one will ask if you need help. When I have had questions, the employees always have been helpful. There are computers available in addition to the books. I have requested books from another branch and that service works well. It is not as large as at least three other libraries in this system so if there's a particular book, going online and requesting it is convenient and will save time. It is worth going online in any case as the website has many extra services. There is a ballot box right in front which is a great way to vote.

Worse library we have ever been to. This is the forth children's library we have lived near and gone to on a weekly basis. This is the largest library or branch we have had too. We moved to this area about a month ago and have been anything but impressed. We returned an item and they said we didn't, so I went and found it on the shelf. Storytime is a joke as they let kids constantly interrupt and ask more questions instead of actually reading. The rug they have for the kids isn't big enough to fit them all. There is no quiet at all on the lower level. We went to the "Ocean's of possibility" summer event today. We arrived early since I thought it would be popular. We were given a hand stamp, in what I thought would be the second group to go in. Instead of the groups going in order of when you arrived we waited over 2 hours, in total being there 2.5 hours (we were put in the last group). My 4 and 6 yo even told me they missed our old library today. The check out machines are also the slowest we have encountered. Hoping a different branch is more friendly and helpful because I just want to cry whenever we go here. The one plus is they have a lot of material since they interchange between branches.
