Stop making it a habit to say you’ve made an attempt to deliver a package, when in fact, you never tried! Cameras do not lie. You never made it out of your car to knock on the door or ring the bell. And this isn’t the first time.

Left work at the hospital to mail a package. This lady told me I couldn’t use first class postage and had to replace the label with Priority. It was a six inch box weighing less than a pound. She wouldn’t take the package. I’ll be using a different USPS. If the blue boxes would open up just a little more I would have stuck it in that. Weirdest exchange ever and she was so rude to me. Even Weighed the package and showed it was a pound and wouldn’t take it. Waste of time and leaving work I literally run a business selling on eBay and have shipped over a hundred packages without issue so I know it was just this particular employee trying to just ruin someone else’s day.

I wish I got her name but probably same person everyone is talking about- me and this other lady arrived close to closing, CLOSE and she denied us service. She said she clocks in 8:05 am or something and clocks out 5:05 pm but it wasn't even 5:05! Doesn't matter if you clocks in at 7:30 am, you go by the post office hours, not YOURS. Guess all the smartphone clocks are wrong and hers is right. If I held a job like that I would be fired. I usually don't write reviews but whoever hired this person should know how she treats people.
