They came out to look at the oven, not the stove. Everything was working fine, the oven was just turning off randomly. We did not have any repairs done, just an estimate. But after he left, our stove top would not turn off at all. The burner was hot yet the knob was in the off position. We turned it on, to investigate, and a huge pop and spark occurred. We then had to shut the breaker down in order to fix the problem which meant no working oven or stove. The most frustrating part is the technician wouldn't call us back even though this happened 5 min after he left. I called sears 5-6 times and they said they'd refund my money but 6 weeks later, I'm still waiting. Each time I call I'm told someone will call me, I haven't received one call back. Worse customer service ever

Worst experience ever. The technician showed up on November 27th. He didn't run the washer to assess the problem told me what the problem was when he walked in the door. Took the washer apart and told me the part was going to be over $180. I canceled the service on November 30th. Customer service representative never canceled the appointment they ship the parts on December 1st. I have not seen the parts I have not gotten a refund for the part and when I recently spoke with a customer service representative Amanda who's technician numbers 8001 176 she told me the part was worth $27. I got rid of the washer wish which was less than 3 years old and bought a new one. If I had known the part was only $27 I could have saved myself over $800. Management refuses to call me back and I have been told twice that they would.
