10/5 stars I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Ogden, his PA Scott, and all of the other staff members who work in this wonderful office. Besides Achieve Health, my experience with healthcare in Utah has been disappointing if not downright infuriating. Every urgent care is run by callous practitioners who refuse to do anything beyond viral testing, diagnosis, and recommending vaccination. Specialists won't even see you and just pawn all of their appointments off on their PAs and NPs as though someone with LESS medical training in there speciality than a family practitioner is going to be more help than a PCP. Even the ER where my wife was taken after her first seizure was more concerned about a covid test than the fact that I had witnessed her seizure. I should clarify that I am a paramedic with years of experience. I have witnessed and treated many seizures. But I digress. As far as Achieve Health goes, I would not believe you if you told me there was a better PCP combo in all of Utah than Dr. Ogden and his PA, Scott. These guys have always listened to myself and my wife and made sincere efforts to make sure we received the treatment and support we needed. They have helped us through some of the most challenging struggles of our lives and given us fantastic referrals for things that required a specialist. Unlike nearly everyone else in healthcare in Utah, the team at Achieve Health are interested in treating patients rather than diagnosing illnesses. They have always been sympathetic to my opinion and any reasonable requests that I have made. Most recently, I had a bad encounter with an Urgent Care outside of Achieve Health's operating hours. This Urgent Care basically tested me for covid (positive) and said "good luck," even though I had lost hearing in one ear, the other was ringing, I was having shortness of breath, my heart rate was high, and my O2 sat was low. They even refused to prescribe an oral steroid even though they are widely accepted as a treatment for the covid inflammatory response. The next morning, I called and had a video appointment with Scott an hour later and then an hour after that, I picked up an arsenal of prescriptions that would make any virus sweat. A few hours later, the only indication that I ever had covid was a sore throat. The team at Achieve Health know what they are doing and will do everything they can to help you. As a healthcare professional, I can absolutely vouch for their knowledge and character.

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. The female PA is more concerned with her athletic events than she is with the care of her patients. I would not recommend this office or any of the health care people that work here.....
