In one instance and order was delayed due to supplier issues but I was kept well informed and ended up receiving the merchandise in plenty of time for my purposes. In most instances I receive my orders by UPS ground in two or three days. Which is faster than the time frame they indicate. I had a very large order that went too a third party and Eroswhole worked directly with them too make arrangements for delivery. Everything went smooth.
