I contacted A.P & P and expressed my concerns, about a career violent criminal. I gave all my information, I provided all my information and my properties showing ownership. This 40 year violent gang member criminal. Has threatened to have my home shot at, my vehicles damaged. I spoke to the supervisor who was acting the day I went in. I explained one home was rented. I was very clear my paperwork was dated stamped from the Utah Department of Commerce. I contacted them 10 days after I went into the Ogden Office. I was told a complete statement was Emailed to the Parole Officer and his supervisor, and in 3 days there was a scheduled appointment between the Supervisor and the Parole Officer. Apparently the parole officer believes hes an attorney. He not only approved a move into a rented property..he allowed this criminal to break into the property and just set up residence. The fact the home came fully furnished, along with dishes heigene, food.. Apparently wasnt a concern. I provided stamped dated complete information this person has committed a burglary.. He showed some documentation. Which was not from the State of Utah but a computer print out. I was advised to evict him. YES EVICT A BURGLARER!! I contacted the supervisor at A.P.&P JOSH DRAPER! I did everything he advised me to do. I have recorded conversations with him. He advised me to make another report showing my documents. The next working day I had the State give me as of today stamped paperwork. Supervisor JOSH DRAPER STATED IF I HAVE A POLICE REPORT HE WOULD PERSONALLY GO WITH ME AND REMOVE THIS PERSON. I again went to the Ogden Police Station.YEA ME!! Its $25.. I sat and once again watched 5 different people place reports. To be told go home and call for someone to come out. I go to car tobread my police report WHICH FLAT DIDNT HAPPEN. I stop at my attorneys office. She was like call the Sargent I did, he came I provided all my paperwork. He took it. I then talked to Josh Draper, who stated again please bring everything you have, because this is the first I hear of all this. I begin to gather my information, to find NOPE HE WAS EMAILED WITH MY DOCUMENTS! I TEX TOLD HIM HE BOLDLY LIED TO ME. I CANT WAIT TO MEET YOU IN PERSON TO SEE HOW YOU COVER UP FOR YOUR PAROLE OFFICER! I WENT TO APPOINTMENT. SHUCKS HE HAD AN EMERGENCY! I REQ. THE NEXT SUPERVISOR STEVE YEATES. WHO NEVER ADDRESSED THE P.O. IGNORING MY CONCERNS OR ALLOWING HIM TO MOVE INTO A RENTED HOME GET AN ATTORNEY OVER AND OVER. 3 ATTORNEYS OGDEN CITY SHOULD REMOVE HIM. INCREDIBLE. BOARD OF PARDONS SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR! ROLLIN COOKS OFFICE GO TO SUPERVISOR. THEN BACK TRACKED WHEN HE LOOKED IT UP..ANOTHER RECORDED CALL. GAVE ME ANOTHER PERSON TO SPEAK TO. WHO I DIDNT SAY WHY I WANTED AN APPOINTMENT. BUT WAS SO PREPARED WITHOUT A NAME OR ANY INFORMATION. BUT IGNOR IGNORE THERE P.O. HAS ALL BUT BECOME THIS CRIMINALS BOYRIEND! .

Mr. Miller And his assistant co worker saved a citizen life in the line of duty earlier this week. Thank you for a job well done to both of you and the Fire Department of Ogden City.
