Parking at these apartments is a nightmare if you're visiting. There's really no visitor parking and you're likely to be towed or booted if you park within the complex.

Totally disappointed and scammed I left that place (old mill), they put a thousand excuses for not returning part of the deposit, they had to return $800 to me and they sought false and incoherent justifications for not returning much of it. When I first arrived they had warned me about how thieves they are with the deposits, I did not believe until it happened to me, I tried to recover it but they were very closed to what they wanted, which was to steal it from me, they succeeded. They didn't charge me anything for repairs but they did charge me for other things that didn't make any sense and no way to explain it to me clearly, with that I knew that they just didn't want to return 100% of my deposit. If you are looking for a place where you can trust them with the deposit and that they can return it to you without any false pretext, old mill is not the place.

How do I talk to a landlord? I tried to see if the paddle wheel house was open but no one answered? I want to see the availability and possibly a tour?

Old Mill condos are independently owned, so there's not just a single landlord. Aspen Ridge is the HOA, they might be able to talk to you about available spots. I don't think anyone is in the office regularly, as a tenant I've never been in there.

How do residents receive large package deliveries?

It is either left at the front door of the apartment or it is left at the package lockbox for packages by the apartments mail box.

Who is responsible for and who can I contact about the lighting in the walkways? Where there was light, there is no longer.. obviously, this makes for a pontentially dangerous environment, that I am not ok with my daughter being in.

Do the old mill people very slow to act? I paid an application fee 6 days ago, I have sent multiple reminder emails and numerous phone calls -which gets diverted to voicemail in the business hours. There's no reply after voicemail as well.

It really depends on who your landlord is. Old Mill is owned by a bunch of different rental agencies. If your prospective landlord is not working with you it would not be hard to find a different one.
