Service is lacking They don't answer the phone. My mail is consistently returned to sender and I routinely receive mail that doesn't belong to me. Post master hasn't been able to resolve my concerns Not sure what to do but I think that this office needs a lot of help with organization, delivery and follow through.

They charge when it's done on line. Get the paper card from the post office or ask your mail carrier to drop one off to you
Yes, they have limited hours and days for passports. I renewed mine here and it was fairly quick and painless.
