When you try to call the store to do a simple task such as ordering contacts, you are herded into either an automated system, or a central call center. Once I waited on hold 20 or more minutes for someone at the call center, they did their best to help me out. The call center tried to call the Marlton store, and could not get anyone on the line. So as a last resort the gentleman at the call center emailed the manager of this store letting them know I needed to order contacts. This was several weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from anybody at the Marlton visonworks. My solution was to order at a popular 1800 site. The site was seemless and easy to order unlike my experience at the visionworks site. Visionworks is helpful up until the point where you get your exam and they take your money.

I couldn’t recommend this location to anyone that I know. The lady working the front desk was very rude. I witnessed her being rude to another customer, her co-worker then myself as I was checking into my appointment. I ended up leaving because she was so unpleasant! I will not be returning to Visionworks!

No, but if you have dilation done, it will be sensitive to light a few hours. Then you would need someone to drive home.

Same thing happened when I called yesterday. Apparently in the store they're saying it goes to a central call center and it doesn't get properly dispatched to the stores. Go online and make an appointment. That's the best way to do it
My frames were priced at 200 before insurance, I go to a regular eye doctor for my exam, so I do not know the price of an exam.
