I had just moved and needed a rental car while I waited to buy a car and Enterprise was a great option. Got a great car at a reasonable price. I always had to extend my reservation 2x and they were more than accommodating and made it easy. The service and the staff was top-notch.

I’m rating this location 3 stars based on two issues I had during my experience. The first issue is that they almost gave us the wrong class of car. I rented a premium SUV from this location (think Suburban, Escalade, etc.). We needed the passenger and luggage space, because we were transporting 6 people for a 4 day trip to the Poconos. When my fiancée and I arrived to pick it up, they instead had a Tahoe (a full sized SUV) which does not have nearly as much cargo space (minivan sized). The staff responded extremely well, driving us to another location to get the correct rental though. It added about an hour to our pick up time. It ended up being critical we had the luggage space. The SUV was packed to the brim! During the drive to get the other rental, the manager indicated we would not have to pay a refueling fee based on the inconvenience. That was a nice touch, since gas is so much right now. I did end up having to refuel it once, but I didn’t bother getting it back to the half tank level since he said I didn’t need to. Well, you can probably guess what happened. They charged me the fee anyway! I returned the rental on June 19th, have had to call twice so far, and still have not received my refund, hence docking another star. The people who work here are extremely professional and nice, but I would not go back based on these issues.
