I didn't get past the woman who answers the phone to make appointments. Why do all the people who work for the VA treat Veterans terribly and know they can get away with it? Never mind- if this is how they are on the phone, I know I'd only be wasting even more time.

Agree with others. Honestly, this unacceptable for a medical facility. It is simply impossible to reach the receptionists. I've called on four different occasions, never less than 45 minutes. Eventually you reach a receptionist who ends up trying to transfer you again so that your entire waiting period can start over again. Well...either that or your phone simply disconnects at their close at 4PM. I think that they are just significant undermanned, but it is sad because our vets do deserve better. I've been told to go to "MyHealthVet" to do all of my scheduling, but that website is also garbage and really user unfriendly. Asking your elderly vets to deal with that is just wrong.

I went there twice and I don't think I want to go back anymore. I'm thinking about using tricare instead. The customer service is horrible. Most of the people who works in there have attitude problems and give out this negative vibe. To me, it's seem like I'm bothering them to do their job. Comparing VA to other clinics away from government employees, the customer service are much better anywhere else. Costumer service is even bad over the phone. At least my actual Doctor in green team is friendly. Besides him, most of the staffs, starting with check in and going to the actual clinics area makes it a very unfriendly and uncomfortable experience.
