Hi David! We charge for the bay by the hour, depending on what time you visit the venue the prices vary. From 9-12pm it's $25 an hour, 12pm-5pm it's $35 an hour and from 5pm-close it's $45 an hour.

Unless you become a member, it was something like 5 bucks to get it, and the hourly rate depends on the hour of the day. When we went it was about mid to late afternoon so we were charged about $35/hr. We stayed for two hours and it was completely worth it. I believe its $45/hr at night.

You rent the teeing area. Cost is based upon how long you want it and the number in your group. More the number, cheaper the cost, but less individual time hitting. Definitely worth the cost. My bro-in-law and I went last Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Rented the tee for one hour, had six beverages, costing us about 60.00. The food they served looked great.

You can reserve booths for events but there is a fee and it is priced per person. They provide your own dedicated waiter. I have not heard of calling ahead as it is typically first come first serve and the play is limited only by the purchaser so reserving is difficult. Weekends are busier than weekdays naturally and the price goes up the later into the day you go. I hope this information has helped you in your decision.
