Made an appointment for Saturday 7-30 at 930am. Recieved a confirmation and everything. The banks hours are 9-12 on Saturday. We got there at 920am along with others and it was closed...when I say closed the lights were off and no one was home. I have never had this happen before with using any other bank.

Answered an email survey and within a hour a man called me from the branch raising his voice and long story short called me a liar.All of this from simply trying to deposit a check...very strange behavior.

I just want to say there is a agent named Gabriel who always helps me whenever I go for a deposit or anything. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful but I came here mostly to mention Gabriel because he is so helpful and fast, also has so much patience. Thank you so much for the help.

I visit this branch frequently. The best visits occur when Wendy is working the window I will be using. She always has a winning smile and a pleasant attitude. She IS the model of great customer service.
