The Westin Governor Morris, Morristown

I just stayed at the Westin in Morristown, as this was our hotel block for my wedding. The hotel was clean and beautiful and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. The reason I am leaving this review is more for one particular employee who went above and beyond, a few times for me. Christina Rodriquez, who guided me with the room block process was AMAZING. I most likely drove her crazy, because I needed more rooms, I needed to change room names, and so on. She answered all of my emails, almost immediately, and was able to save the day every single time. I am so grateful for her, thank you Christina!!

We really enjoyed our stay here up from Florida for an event. The service went over and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Everyone who worked there was extremely accommodating and helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable! Great location— I definitely recommend

The water for my shower was cold

Very poor plumbing in tub. Water fills but does not drain with shower. Try calling their listed phone number. Goes straight to voicemail or an ambiguous recording. Charged for internet - as a rewards member they should not have- to reverse that charge requires an act of Congress.
