I was extremely disappointed with how I was handled as a new patient. I spoke with someone on the phone and let them know I was uninsured. I was told my consultation would be around be about $100. I found that responsible to talk with someone and find out my next step. The person who made the appointment told me she would look into the fee and let me know if it would be more than expected. Came in for my visit and the front dest charged my card $100 no receipt was given. Spoke with the doctor for about 10 minutes. Only tests done were balance tests and I was given a script for PT and sent on my way with a follow up appointment. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill in the mail for another $80. There should be a reasonable and customary fee for consultations. Being such a large company handling a patient this way is unacceptable. This was terrible customer service and company knowledge/training for your phone and front desk. I will not be recommending your services to friends and family. Note I work a dental front desk handling customers, fees and appointments. This is not how we treat people in our office or our field.

Well it’s not much I can say at this time I had surgery a month ago I’m still having some pain it’s not sure if it’s the every day pain I had before. so far right now I really can’t tell whether or not it’s surgical pain or the pain I was having all the time. Still have some swelling,So far no abnormalities And therapy is going well. Dr. Colizza basically improved the quality of my life 100%. He replaced my hip, after healing and PT. the pain and discomfort were gone. I could walk again. His staff is professional and respectful. No long waiting times. I know I received the best of care from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone with orthopedic issues. Thank you Dr. Colizza !!!!!
