I would give this lower if it wasn't for the helpfull and competent staff, because the layout of having the gaming tables right in the middle of the store where all the merchandise is, and not in the back just makes it a claustrophobic hell trying to navigate around people playing games. Edit: acknowledging there is a problem but not that a simple solution is possible is just infuriating and takes you down from 3 to a 2
