If I could give service more stars I would! There was a cleaner named Kelly and she was making miracles work. It was me and my sisters and all our kids 7 and under in 2 conjoined rooms. Kelly had our kids laughing and encouraged the playfulness. She even lent us an activities bin to help occupy the kiddos. She was such a blessing.

My favorite hotel stay of my road trip. Room was superbly clean and very comfortable. Facility is quite new with new furniture and multiple amenities. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Location was easily accessible to everything Negative: The front desk staff who greeted us was not dressed professionally. He took a very long time to greet us. Got a bad vibe right from the start. The staff was loud and unprofessional. Could not enjoy the seating in the lobby without interruptions.

If you are looking for a Ritz Carlton, then book the Ritz Carlton. Clean, comfy with all the amenities. Great rate and wonderful staff. Angie at the front desk is an absolute gem, 5 stars for her too!
