I have been working with this company since 2014 and Its a company you love to work with. Great work, great learning. You have great mentors to guide you. Best part is the people I work with, the ability to learn/grow, and their open-door policy. Eddie: Very friendly and approachable, you can go and discuss anything with him. He is more a friend and is willing to help anyone. He is very knowledgeable and very supportive/helpful to everyone, but he is by the book! (nothing gets past him lol) HR Nat: She is one of a kind, not less than a super woman. She has such positive aura that keeps the office lively and happy. Any problem you discuss with her, she will come back with a solution, also guides you when required. Never seen such a versatile multi-talented Team. My career is great here. I would recommend this company to everyone. The workplace culture is great, the pay is great, there is a lot of time spent making sure everyone is adhering to all the rules and regulation on day to day basic. The majority of the negative comments on here are simply individuals that perhaps tried to submitted fraudulent time-sheets, wasn’t present at their locations at the time of the field staff visits, refused to clock in & out using the consumers home phones, not following payroll policy to submit documents on time, and attempted to be compensated. Overall Immaculate is an amazing company to work for where they make you feel like family. Could not ask for a better place to work where you go home and feel accomplished and feel like what you are doing truly matters. I love the fact that they pay every week! Which is one of the reasons why they are very strike on employers submitting their hours in ON TIME to be processed and paid on time.

Don’t pay what's owed. Take hours away and change schedules without notifying you. Then won't pay the right amount.they offer you holiday pay not one check that I had for a holiday was paid extra. Money always missing out my checks . Never got my over time pay ..

One of the agency responsibilities involves keeping an accurate time record of all hours worked by each employee using the mandated regulated EVV system. All staff must clock in and out accurately and timely, regardless of the relationship with the individual client/consumer/participant they are being paid to provide care.

Immaculate Home Healthcare are scam artists! Do not trust them with your loved ones or your money they will not pay you accurately they will withhold tax documentation and they will possibly make you lose your home

All employees signed the employment agreement that they fully understand their expectations for clocking in and out. If an employee failed to clock in and out, initially the agency utilize verbal warnings & additional trainings, written warnings, suspensions and finally dismissal, if appropriate. More importantly, falsify time sheets or time clock records, such as when ditching work is fraud. (Regardless of your relationship with the individual client/consumer/participant)

My client is scheduled for kidney removal on March 3rd and go to dialysis three times a week he sometimes stops breathing from sleep apnea and this is how they treat him

Preventing harm is one of the outmost priorities of the agency… not to mention the fact remains that healthcare harm prevention is a public health concern, on the basis that everyone will interacts with the healthcare system at some point. The purpose of participant safety is to reduce risks, errors and harm that can occur while receiving care. The purpose is not the fact that an individual ditched work, falsify time sheets or time clock records and in return expects compensation for times/hours not worked – or deliberately chooses not to use the Electronic Visit Verification to clock in & out accurately and timely. Here’s the bottom line, there is no room in a culture of safety for those who uselessly point fingers or say, "Safety is not my responsibility, so I’ll falsely submit documentation, file a report and wash my hands of it."

How long have you been in business?

I began working for them in 2016 and now I'm handing in my resignation because they haven't been accurate with my pay in addition you get little to no staff support
