I'm literally about to take my two client's to another company!! Administrative staff is unprofessional, I had worked in admin for home care before, one ya'll lowered my pay because, I took on another client, which that isn't my biggest issue. Ya'll never answer the phone, when someone finally answers, I get disconnected. I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment today. I had informed the case manager days a head of time and nothing. I couldn't leave the client by herself. Ya'll had a hard time staffing this case, us home care aides are the main reason Ya'll company operates. Trust me, I know all the state policies on homecare and Ya'll don't run by them. Train your office staff!! I have no problem switching agencies.

They are really not a good !!! company they messed my mom check , up yet again! and she’ll have to wait all these days to get it fixed , she is a hard worker and deserves to be paid fully & on time she was told she supposed to get a raise and a bonus this pay in fact her check the shortest it ever been in years ,,,, at any job this is so not right my mom is a single mother raising 6 children she make to much for any government assistance and to be screwed around by her job is so unprofessional and it’s disgusting very heart breaking to watch this company is the company my grandmom was with when she took her finally breath in 2019 & they are still horrible !!!!!! Stay away from this company please & thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
