We literally ended up selling our home based on the customer service and frustration we encountered from Bath Crest. When entering our home, our "contractor" began by stating he was not based on commissions and to "look at google reviews." Huge red flags and should have stopped right there!! This company either must buy their reviews or their customers have no clue how to shop around. Our project was fully priced out (every re-measurement changed costs by about $5000) and the salesperson wasted THREE appts with me, even once dragging me to the show room to then not return any of my phone calls. Rude, terrible customer service, and worst of all they are quite snobby despite an awful showroom collection. The 6 month turnaround they give is due to their lack of staffing and turnover, not heavy volumes. Shop anywhere else for your bathroom remodel!

We decided to remodel the two bathrooms in our home and have been saving for this for a long time- it is a big investment. I found an ad in a mailer supplement for BathCrest and saw it was Gephardt approved- the bid was fair and we decided to go with this company for our project. I could not be happier with the service, professionalism and overall quality of this business. They are extremely well organized and every detail was planned for ahead of time, was done on time and was done right the first time without a huge disruption and stress in our home (our dog also loved everyone who came to work on our project :) ). For such a big project (total gut and replacement of everything) I honestly could not be more impressed and relieved because you always hear remodel horror stories. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel- if you want great service and a pleasant/ stress free remodel experience, this is the group for you- they actually make me excited for more renovation projects :)
