I drove from NYC to test out a couple of mountain bikes that I had my eye on here. Kyle at Belmar Bike Shop was super helpful and answered a ton of questions. He also took the time to orient me to the bike I was purchasing and walked me through some basic maintenance tips. Their store policies for free labor, pedals, water bottle, and cage with a bike purchase are a great deal too. Would definitely recommend - they have a ton of great bikes in stock.

I drove 3 hours on a Saturday to come look and possibly buy a bike listed on their inventory instead of buying on the internet. Trying to support small business. I show up and there is a sign on the door that it’s closed. No Facebook post for a warning. No warning on their website. Very poor business. I don’t know how their customer service is if they are actually open, but this has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
