DO NOT RECOMMEND! I brought a dress here for some basic tailoring and first, it took four weeks. Then when I picked it up, the dress was stained!! The tailor was very rude and argumentative, trying to convince me she didn’t do it. After I told her I had pictures with no stain before, she told me “she would clean it because she didn’t check for marks before giving it back.” How can she be sure she didn’t stain it if she never checked?? Not to mention, the dress was all wrinkled and the alterations weren’t even good (the straps are still too long and the hem is uneven). They cleaned it and gave it back nice and steamed, but it was not worth the hassle at all. That plus the tailor’s rudeness instead of admitting her mistake…I would stay away. There was another patron there complaining about incorrect alterations when I returned too.

Reliable service and timely which I think are the most important aspects. They are a little more expensive than most similar services when it comes to alterations and tailoring but i will acknowledge that they do terrific/complicated work so you do get what you pay for in some regard
