I had a leather satchel/bag we had given my son when he graduated law school 14 years ago and it showed in numerous areas .The handle was all but gone and the inside also needed new material along with reconditioning the bag itself .I am absolutely overjoyed at the end result .The shop does take time to repair but more than worth it.I highly recommend them
