Tbh I’ve never had an RV resort ask me to pay for a background check. I understand wanting to know who is coming in and out of your property but I have think places should respect the privacy of Others. Now if you offered to pay for the background check and do it on your own dime I wouldn’t mind as much. I still think it’s an invasion of privacy. You can check for sex offenders on the sex offender website if that’s what you are really concerned about.

Its new so things are coming together. There are trees for shade that your travel trailer or rv can park or be setup under. Its in the pines and close to the lake so if thats what your looking for, you may have found the right spot. I found it easy to find and theres at Buc ees right close by, so thats always a nice perk. Overall I like it and you probably will too👍

Small no frills park with great management. Not a lot of one nighters, quite a few long term but most are very well kept. Grassy with big trees, little rough on the gravel/dirt roads and pads, but good rates! Small laundry facility. No other amenities. Will definitely stay here again!
