Long story short, my wife tripped and dropped 2 pizzas on the way out the door she asked if she could get the pizzas remade unbaked to take home and bake. The lady made the pizzas then wanted full price. Absolutely their choice to do that just seems like bad customer service to me. We were getting carry out at least once a week. We'll be sure to not go back.

These guys are Grade-A customer service people. They usually hire young high schoolers or kids in their early 20's but they obviously do a great job at the hiring process because they are all so friendly.
