I was in need of PT due to plantar fasciitis in my left foot. I thought I needed a referral from a doctor, but that is no longer true, at least in my case. The same day I got my referral, I was able to get an appointment. Every single therapist treated me with respect, listened, considered, and executed. Questions were welcomed. Difference of opinion challenged respectfully. These folks seem to intuitively know that it is their job to treat the whole person, not just the injury. We worked on abs muscles, leg muscles, and toes. Hisham found a way to help me isolate and target specific muscles without aggravating or utilizing my neck. I'm not sure a personal trainer could have customized a workout quite the way Hisham has. Emotional tears and frustration were met with compassion and empathy. In my struggle to isolate and engage, I felt ZERO judgment. I witnessed these folks working with people of all ages from kids to the elderly and I would trust my loved ones at any age into their care. Kudos to ATI for fostering this environment. Their mission statement is on the wall and they are living that mission. I'm very grateful for the care I received here.

I am forever grateful for the people at ATI in Lombard. Hisham, Ernie, Eileen and Ronya got me through a very tuff time. Their encouragement, positivity and professional expertise helped me heal and walk again without pain. I came to them for my PT after knee replacement surgery. I was also morally down because I had gotten an infection that put me back in the hospital and delayed my progress for 2 weeks. I did not think I would get better but they made me believe I could. After every session I left feeling stronger and more positive, They have the winning combination of skill and positive attitude, They made me appreciate small victories. I am back to work and doing better than ever. I am looking forward to going to my college grandkds games this fall. I know I can go up and down those stadium steps. (By the way I am an 82 year old Grandma) So this is a big deal for me, made possible by the Team at ATI in Lombard! Thank you Hisham, Ernie, Eileen and Ronya from the bottom of my heart! Vicki
