It was the worst experience of my life. The air conditioning is TERRIBLE and my shower wouldn’t turn on not only that there was stains everywhere and when I finally turned on the the shower red was poring out where water should be I think it was rust but still disgusting I could NOT take a relaxing shower there you’d be better off sleeping outside. I’m not someone to leave a bad review so trust me when I say DO NOT STAY HERE!

Most expensive room we stayed in on our 10 day trip in the keys, also the worst. Bathtub clogged. A fair deal at $100 or less. We paid $200 for a last minute booking. Frankly I've stayed in better places charging around 60 per night. In need of major renovations. The folks running the place are super friendly, but I'm paying for a room not pleasant conversation.

Very poor accommodation. As an IHG member, I have attempted to feed back before leaving a bad review, but as I have heard nothing for over a month, I feel compelled to share my experience. Issues: Rusty appliances, broken bath/shower divider, broken bath stopper, both bedside USB points not working. Flood in corridor outside guestrooms. Poor breakfast; no fruit platters or fresh pastries. Staff sitting and taking what appeared to be breaks in areas designated for guests. Only one pool towel given for stay and a requirement to wear a wristband whilst using the pool. Very bizarre for a hotel. Staff were not interested in any feedback. Photos attached. Photos of staff sitting in guest areas not supplied due to privacy issues, but could have been supplied to IHG had they been requested. I was very disappointed.

We went on a long trip to florida and we booked this hotel while visiting key west. We went to keep our luggage in the afternoon and the reception person denied that we can't keep our luggage. At around 9:30 pm at night, i received the call from the hotel that we have to reach within half hour else we won't be able to Checkin. We were about 2 hrs away from the hotel and after numerous requests, they denied us checkin and at midnight we had no place to go and have to drive all the way to miami to find a hotel. Be aware that they close at around 10pm and after that you won't be able to checkin. This was in January 2022
