We have stayed at this motel many, many times over the years. This visit we again stayed in the "luxury" suites. I was very disappointed at the state of cleanliness of the room. There was so much dust that you could write your name in it. The tables, lamps, ice bucket were all dirty. When you opened the doors to the TV, you could again write your name in the dust. The shower leaked all over the floor. The air conditioning could not be adjusted. You either froze to death or had to put the heat on and it was 90 degrees outside. The wicker porch furniture was unraveling. The wicker tables outside were filthy. The pool was not operational. The breakfast room was no longer open. However, when I booked the room, I was told it was closed but they would provide a continental breakfast that we could pick up from the office. Not only was there no breakfast, coffee, etc. but the office did not open until 9 at the earliest. The young man working the desk was very polite but did not know how to handle the difficulties many guests were having. The manager was supposed to be in that afternoon but Zac never showed and was not responsive to the messages that were left for him. This was very disappointing as we had looked forward to our stay there and had been very pleased in the past with these suites. They have not been updated or redecorated since they opened in 2000. Light bulbs in the chandeliers were out, tissue holders were empty and overall it was quite dirty. I'm sorry to say I would never stay there again and would not recommend anyone waste their money to stay there as well. This motel has gone downhill and is not worth visiting.

We walked into Schitts creek and it never got better. There was no toilet paper or tissue. The TV had to be plugged in by moving a bureau. There were holes in the screen at the air conditioner so lightening bugs got in the room and flew around all night. The fire alarm was hanging out of the wall by its wire. There were water stains on the ceiling and it was sagging. We were a party of 3, there were 2 towels. The decor was stuck in the 70s with dark paneling, mixed furniture. The tile in the bathroom was painted over in a horrible green. If you looked out our bathroom window you could see where the old air conditioner unit was with weeds growing out of it. Do yourself a favor. Pay more and stay someplace else.

I stayed here last weekend and had a great time. Booking the room was an extremely smooth process and the hospitality made me feel at home. The restaurant there also served really good food and I would definitely recommend it if you are staying here.

This was the most amazing and accommodating hotel I have stayed in for awhile they were so nice and the room was like I was home I was so comfortable the entire time and the people at the restaurant fed us even though they were just closing and had no other customers and the food was omg amazing sincere compliments to the chef and staff. The young man Tyler who helped me was so welcoming and so accommodating. Love love this place I am definitely recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you for a lovely experience .
