Got a property from talon ,Had these neighbors who would be so loud and fight like they we’re the only ones living there always fighting late at night when we would have work early we complained about them and gave them evidence and they still never did anything about it I didn’t like how I couldn’t feel comfortable in my own home !

Management and maintenance are absolutely AMAZING! Everyone is so kind and understanding, the complex area is clean (even after the windy weather!). Elise is phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking to rent!!

Generally, the Talon Apartments are fine. The location was convenient, and we appreciated always having parking. The pet rent is fairly high ($80 per month for two cats), and they require a sizable pet deposit. We had some issues with our appliances, particularly the washing machine. The maintenance guys are super nice, and usually reported fairly quickly to fix our issues. MOVE-OUT: 1/5 stars. This apartment complex's policies on move-out charges is probably illegal. They nickel-and-dime you for everything, even if it is normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scuffing on walls from the back of a couch, light scuffing on floors, hard water stains in bathtubs and sinks, etc.) Push back on your charges, and take LOTS of before and after pictures. Do not let them take advantage of you, as I am sure they have done to many others. (this is not legal advice - you do you.) SPACE: 1/5. We were not able to view the apartment before putting our deposit down (because the housing market at the time), but we were honestly disappointed in the space. We were in a two-bed, one-bath, and honestly, these apartments were designed by someone who has NEVER lived in an apartment. There is not one single bit of storage, other than the basic kitchen cabinets and the closets. The closets were small, and the second bedroom was even smaller. There is no linen closet, storage in the bathroom, or storage closet on the balcony. All in all, it was fine, but we could not wait to move out.
