Rating 1 star because it’s the lowest achievable. Yes, I called last minute looking for a quick place to stay. But vacant rooms should still be clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, at least the kid at the counter. Weren’t many cars in the lot showing it’s a quiet hotel. Asked for a room non-smoking. Place looks outdated by like 20 years at least. Hallways floors all stained, smelled musty. Got to the room with a big non-smoking sign on the door. Open the room and it smelled so bad of cigarettes. Stains all over the floors, curtains, everything. Ash trays on anything with a hard surface and they weren’t even emptied... let alone being in a non-smoking room. Went to check the view to see if my car was in sight as I like to make sure being in an unknown area and the windows were smashed out... the air conditioner didn’t work and smelled so bad when turning it on. Thing looked like it was from the 70s. I went down to ask for a clean room or a refund and they put me in a new room but the same thing. Dirty. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in there with even a sleeping bag. It’s so dirty it needs to be renovated. Went back down to ask kindly for a refund and he said it would take 2-3 days and I still have yet to be refunded. Will be sure to keep in contact until I do.

If I could give zero stars that would be to many. My company booked rooms month and a half in advance. And on the day we went to check in. They didn't have our rooms for what we booked. We are a small company and we had to put to people in a room for expenses. We Booked two rooms with Two double beds. Told us they didn't have our rooms. Not only did we not get a call to tell us that they are having problems with the rooms. The person behind the desk wanted us to go to a single king bed. We are a close group of employees. But not that close. Thank God for the person at reservation services. And they were able to move our group To the Knights Inn much better place. I give the Days Inn -10 stars.

Worst experience ever! In entering the room there was a very strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes and it is a non-smoking hotel. They had the window open trying to air out but that did not help. I asked for the room to be cleaned and vacuumed but that never happened. I had to go to Walmart and buy some Lysol but the smell was embedded in the room. In the early morning hours people were arguing! My bathroom door knob was broke and a there was a hole punched in the door. I will never stay at this place again! Deserves no rating.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. I checked in and the woman at the front desk was nice and helpful. Everything went down hill from there. I had a non-smoking room. After opening the door I was smashed in the face the stench of cigarettes. The window would not close or lock on a first floor room. The A/C but did not work and was filthy. The bathroom was full of mold. The carpet covered in stains and the sheets and blanket came pre-soiled for me. I would honestly prefer to sleep in my car. The continental breakfast was a loaf of bread and some mini bagels. I talked to the manager the next morning he seemed to have no cares for the condition of the room. I promptly checked out and found another place to stay.
