I highly recommend you update your operating hours on your website! My son needed to be seen last night and we arrived at the urgent care at 6pm only to find out that they close at 5pm. We had driven 30 miles to be seen by medical professionals. As a result, I drove my son to a Sanford urgent care in Sioux Falls and we extremely satisfied with the care provided. I know where I will go next time we are in of after hours care.

our "provider" was Tammy and i would suggest no one waste their money or time going to see her. She sent my son home with bulging ear drums, no appetite, vomiting, fever and irritability. She refused to give him any medications or treatments

I haven't had any issues with urgent care. The front desk was friendly, I got in right away. I have asthma, the doctor listened to my history, gave me suggestions and medicated me in a way to help me get over what I had. She even listened to my concerns with how one medication she wanted to use affected my body, then made another suggestion. I think they did well for the fact that they don't know me.
