The best landlord in this town! She sticks up for her tenants and makes sure that people feel safe and has the freedom here. She does her job and she does it right in a professional manner.

If the same landlord is there then I would never recommend moving there. She is very unprofessional and uses tenants to tell on each other and find out info. And if you're not a tenant who cooperates with her in that way, then good luck!!! And no matter how clean your apartment is upon moving out, you won't get a deposit back unless you consider $15 a deposit. If you stand up for yourself, and tell people to mind their own biz, you'll likely get an eviction threat. I lived there for 7 years and the woman even told me how to dress my son..needless to say, she didn't like me to the point where she would never give me a rental reference, instead she hung up on me!!!
