I have never left this poor of a rating. IT IS NOT RELATED TO THE DR. AT ALL!! The incompetence I experienced was the process of trying to become a new patient. 2 weeks..4 phone calls..NO RESPONSES. And finally ..they deny me even though IAM THOROUGHLY insured, because of computer misinformation
