Great gym, friendly staff, overall members are supportive. I’m subscribed to the lowest tier, I think it was 10$/month and then there are some extra fees here and there. Great value, especially if you can avoid peak hours.

This place is way too overpriced, and filled with frills you never use. . It is always packed at all hours, so it is rare that you get all the machines you want, and you pay double what you would at nearby clubs. They also make you submit written notice to the club and go through a third party company to cancel or freeze your membership. Definitely worse than other gyms in the area if you value space to breathe and more individualized customer service.

Great staff, clean facility, nice environment. There's been some equipment issues lately. Out of order machines, pulleys on other machines could use some greasing, and electrical issues with some cardio equipment. Today a treadmill completely shut off on me with no warning. Luckily I was at a walking speed and not sprinting like I was just 2 minutes prior. Even at a moderate pace, a belt stopping like that could cause some serious injury. Might be time for a round of periodic maintenance on the equipment.

The staff may need a refresher on properly running a business, opening hours are 4am and it’s 4:30 still no one to open there facility, definitely canceling my membership here, understand that we are paying customers that have families, careers that our time is limited, and if you can not hire reliable employees, you may need to reevaluate if you are either taken care of your employees or doing a poor job finding the quality in these employees.
