I bought an engagement ring and wedding bands from Your Jewler and could not have had a better experience. We showed them pictures of the style of rings that we wanted, and they perfectly replicated them. They went above and beyond with their ring creation process, and their prices were fair. Their customer service was very impressive as well. I went to the store many times over a 6 month span and interacted with all of their employees. They were personable and respectful. Super friendly! Great prices! I took a ring in to get sized and within 4 hours or less I received a text it was ready to pick up. I called every jewelry store in Southern Illinois and it was at least a week to 2 weeks to get it sized and back. Highly recommend!

I went to Your Jeweler to have three watch batteries replaced. One of the watches had a cracked crystal (face). After discussing the process and cost to fix the crystal I decided against having it repaired and only having the battery replaced. It was a $100 watch that was given to me as a gift and it was going to cost about $80 to have it sent out for an estimate and repair. I returned a few hours later to pick up the watches and not only had they replaced the batteries for a very reasonable price, but they had also replaced the broken crystal! They happened to have had a similar crystal in stock and replaced it for free! If you are looking for quality jewelry repair and outstanding customer service, Your Jeweler is the place!

Yes we can make custom signet rings. However, we do not do custom hand engraving if that is what your wanting. If you would like to stop by the store to explore options, our hours are Tues -Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 Closed Sunday and Monday.
Our COVID practices are the same today as they were last year. We have a hand sanitizer station outside our front. Signage on front door to please wear a mask or shield. Inside the store our employees that are within 6ft of customers wear a face shield. We also use disinfectant on all surfaces that customers might come into contact with. New items from our showcases are disinfected between customers. Some of these practices might be modified as the risk factors change.
Dwayne- Yes we can certainly do that for you while you wait. We are open 9-6 Tues- Fri and 9-4 on Sat.
Yes we can certainly do that for you. Please just bring them by the store. The cost should be about $25 and should take about 1 hour.
