My daughter competes on this gym's team and loves it. I feel like the owner and coaches truly care about the well being and success of the students. When it comes to the competition teams, the coaches do a great job of balancing being tough while also being understanding and compassionate.

Yes usually on days off school. They usually post on their website and send an email to their email list.
