Great brisket class yesterday. Excellent instruction and very nice surroundings. They have an amazing selection of all things for grilling and bbq’ing - including meats, sauces and rubs. Only thing I did not see was any Big Green Egg grills/accessories. I’ll be taking more classes for sure!

They host classes on best grilling practices have professional chefs and bbq pit bosses teach periodically. You can edify yourself, get all the grilling tools, marinades, seasonings and equipment you need to cook like a pro!!!
