This is literally the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with I regret that I chose them as soon as I can get in touch with my doctor I will be moving my prescription some where else this store should be shut down

Absolutely awful. There is ALWAYS an issue refilling normal medications. The wait is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. Nobody knows what is going on and just continuously transfers you around and blames another area.

It appears this Walgreens still does not take the Walgreens customer complaints serious and does not resolve issues as reflected in the last several reviews. This is a clear indication of uncaring, unprofessional, noncompassion management and a need for a professional person that cares. I would encourage all Walgreens customers going to this pharmacy to contact the WALGREENS CORP OFFICE, , 200 WILNOT ROAD, DEERFIELD, IL 60015 should you have issues and they are not resolved by management at this location.
