I stayed here a few months for a work contract, had no complaints. It is 5 min from anything you could need, quiet enough for shifters to sleep during the day, & is more like a community than a campground. Owner was friendly, attentive, offers generously sized lots & great rates. The last place I stayed was very rowdy with multiple weekly visits from law enforcement. Only thing that happened during my stay here was an off-leash dog (mine 🤗) had the zoomies around camp. Plan to visit again.

This place is very quiet and well maintained. There is plenty of woodlands surrounding the property that creates a very private atmosphere. Its close to everything and run by great management. Love it here!

Have not stayed there yet but I like the reviews and the monthly rates looking to move in April of 2022 I have a 2004 30 ft fifth wheel and I would like to know if you will have anything available for a long term around April or a little sooner thank you very much

I love staying there everyone is so nice it’s peaceful & quiet. The Landlord is very sweet & a Christian man which I love. It’s clean & affordable. Everyone pretty much stay to theirselves. I would recommend it to anyone

Monthly rate is $400 to $450. Does not include WiFi or cable TV. Update: Current rate is $450 per month. WiFi and cable TV is available through Spectrum.
Currently the monthly rate is $450. You can order wifi through Spectrum. Good question about Good Sam; I'm not set up with them; I feel like my rates are already discounted.
We do not have any mobile homes because we are an RV park. I know the name sounds like we have mobile homes. Google picks me up as a mobile home park because we are "Second Loop Mobile Park". I only rent to people in a camper (RV) currently for $450 per month.
We do not at Second Loop Mobile Park. I think that neither of the other larger RV parks do not offer RV rentals.
Currently I only offer long term parking with monthly rates. I am trying to get approval to expand but that may take at least a year.
I do not include cable and WiFi in the monthly rate; however, many of my long term tenants get it through Spectrum.
