I have never had a bank where they will charge you extra fees for something coming out automatically for a bill its like using a debit card if the funds aren't there it should be declined they shouldn't charge u an extra $25 fee every time something tries to come out. We just move here 2 years ago and we figured we using a local bank and this is why we won't go back to small bank time to use a big chain bank Again..
