Never would recommend this park. Management don't care at all about what goes on in here. Got homeless people laying around. Motorcycles going as loud as can be all day and night. Cops here at least 5 times a week. And the roads are so trashed you can barely drive down them. Have lived 3 years now and the pad is damaged, cracking and are now steps instead of being flat. Cats are so bad that they are just tearing up stuff and spraying everything.

Over 2 years of having a hole in the floor by the front door "waiting on back ordered doors" over 3 years of water leaking through my ceiling light in the bathroom when it rains. Every time someone comes to inspect we tell them. Everytime we call the office to tell them we get told we are still waiting. So the hole gets worse. It's dangerous and causes our electric bill to be more expensive. We are to the point to where we are going to have to look for a lawyer to get this fixed. We are paying around $1000 a month in rent for a place that's falling apart. Oh and not to mention the fact that we have to get our tires replaced every few months bc our driveway has a half foot drop off ...they say it's the city's job...really shows how much they care. It's also really weird that new houses have their driveways installed just fine. They are REALLY good about grass length though. If it's even a little tall they are on you with notices threatening to charge you for them to mow it. Priorities are great.
