We buy excellent condition, complete, in-demand, LPs and CDs. It's always best to give us a call or direct message before bringing anything just to let us know what you've got and check to make sure it's something we can use!
In general, no. We only have replacement styli for the Audio Technica LP60 series. Otherwise, we stock a couple 1/2” mount cartridges and a p-mount cartridge, but not single styli.
