They only get one star because they have a rest room not a Porta potty appointment was at 430 didn’t get unloaded till midnight stay away from this place

I was very nervous to go to unload because their reviews were not very good! But I have met an angel! I checked in at 3:00pm and left at 5:00pm. Maybe other drivers who didn't have comments and were dissatisfied at other good times left comments! You can check in an hour in advance, you must make an appointment or you can't unload it. In addition, the toilet is very clean. The rest room is also good. There are coffee and vending machines . The point is that there are two gas stations on the highway where you can park overnight. This place does not care at all about the drivers time or money. Arrived at 12am for a 1 Am appointment. Still sitting here at 8am and my trailer has only been touched 4 times. I go into the office and ask about my trailer only to get attitude and get told it will get done when it’s done. Like I didn’t even have a full trailer.. this is what America has come to no one caring about the other person. I know these company’s have billions of dollars but they do need to remember with out the truck driver your business shuts down..
