No it is not. However, they will let you sample to make sure you like it.

I sat in drive thru line for over 40 minutes. That is absolutely stupid. No way to just leave. Stuck and at the mercy of your team. Never again.

Why does this spot always close 5 min before their time. The staff is sitting around, playing with the iPhones or talking. Why shall I buy next time there, when 4 or more members of panda are not willing to sell until the last minute? 👎👎👎👎👎

They shouldn't be closing early but I will say that whatever they're selling close to closing time wouldn't be fresh. Most food places don't cook fresh food close to closing time so I wouldn't go there when they are closing.
