Yes, they do have a selection of feathers in the jewelry and kids crafts aisles.
This location does not do custom framing. They do offer premade picture frames, the brown backing paper, and hanging wire and brackets, but do not carry Matboard.
No you cannot use an earned mission reward coupon more than once. (I.e $5 off of $5 or $10 off of $10) they are single use.
