The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful, and the foyer was very nice looking. That being said, our room literally looks like there may have been an assault here recently. The bathroom door was very clearly kicked or knocked in recently, and was just painted and given a bandaid of a repair. The door does not close without an excessive amount of force, and once you do get it closed, it seems like the door is going to break again trying to get it open. The toilet does not flush properly, which is not ideal for such a confined space. There is a face of a switch and part of the dresser that are also broken. We have found two bugs so far- one on the smoke detector, and one on my fiance's purse. I didn't really plan on needing to be an exterminator whilst being a guest at a hotel. And my fiance was not happy about the one on her purse. This was our first time staying here, and I do not think we will stay here again. If we do, we will at least come throughly inspect the room before bringing up bags, etc and getting settled. I hope management fixes these issues....

Positive: The hotel is located close to shopping, dining and interstates. The room was immaculate and stocked with full size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Breakfast was hot, fresh & awesome! The staff is THE BEST!!

The workers were very helpful and friendly, however there was no housekeeping. Also, even though the hotel is non smoking, you could smell cigarettes when we went to our floor. The bed was hard and I could feel the springs, so maybe they need to be updating. However, overall experience, was good.

Great stay! The young man at the front desk was so friendly and professional, always spoke to us upon entering or leaving. The breakfast was ok, coffee was terrible. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The fitness room was very nice, dumbbells, weight bench, cables, and several pieces of cardio equipment.
