Absolute garbage. Ordered online, 45 minute wait, showed up to pick it up and after getting to the register found out they hadn't even started making it. Guy said it'd be 15 minutes. 40 minutes of standing in the sweaty lobby later, order's still not ready. He shrugs and says all they can do is refund the order if I don't want to keep waiting. It was 2 cheese pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 2 crazy bread. They had an hour and a half and still couldn't make it happen. Clown show.

Waited 15 min then they gave my pizza to someone who came after me. When I ask the cashier was that my pizza going out the door, she said yes we made a mistake. I ask her how long before my pizza would be ready. She said with a sarcastic answer, it will be ready when it comes out of the oven. Terrible customer relations. So with that I ask for my money back.

I never leave reviews for food places, but this one was so terrible, I made an exception. I used the app (you know the one they constantly advertise on tv, saying order using the app, pick up at the portal and skip the line!). I ordered my food on the app, paid and it said it would be ready for pickup in the portal in about 35-40 minutes. I head to the store about 30 minutes later, figured if I have to wait a few more minutes when I arrive that’s fine. I walk in and the phone is ringing off the hook. There’s no one at the register. There’s a worker in the back with headphones dancing or something. Finally, a girl comes walking out the back and says “can I help you?” I mention I’m picking up my order in the portal, which is empty. She asks the order number, I show her my phone with the confirmation number and she says “oh it ain’t ready yet. Gonna be about 10 minutes.” I assumed they haven’t even prepared it. I go wait in the car for 10 minutes, return to the store, the phone is still ringing off the hook, no one at the register. I stand there for literally 5-6 minutes before someone returns to the front. She says “oh yeah, it’s gonna be about 10 minutes.” I wait patiently, she finally brings half of my order and says “we’re still waiting on the cheese sticks.” I wait another 5 or so minutes and she finally brings them out. To top this wonderful experience off, I get home and the pizza isn’t even cut lol. This place was absolutely terrible. What’s the point of the portal and the app, if you just have to reorder it when you get there? BTW I couldn’t even imagine using their delivery service they advertise. I’m pretty sure they would arrive an hour late and drive on my lawn. I would rather unclog a gas station restroom toilet with my bare hands then go back here.

Workers weren't rude, just horrifically incompetent, but a sign saying ur short staffed when u have 6 employees standing around, gossiping and tossing restaurant supplies, is not a good look. After almost nothing "hot n ready" was available (at 4:30 pm with SIX employees on the clock), we just got a 3 meat pizza, bread, and sauce. Literally 3 inches of the dough the whole way around was crust. The pizza had also been sitting there since lunch, easy to tell, especially when I've worked at this chain, plus another fast pizza, and a higher end pizza place. NEVER AGAIN.
