The manager is so rude and the housekeeping service is SAD !!!! NO MY NAME WOULDNT BE ON YHE GUEST LIST BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE THE ROOM IN MY NAME BUT IVE INCOUNTERED WITH YOUR RUDE MONEY HUNGRY FAMILY. I HAD TO PAY $35 JUST TO GET MY WALLET THAT I LEFT I WAS A GUEST WITH SOMEONE WHO HAD A ROOM THERE AND THEY HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR EACH PERSON WHO COMES IN THE MORNING OR NIGHT !!! HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

The stay was ok, It was peaceful. The room itself was ok. I recommend that you take your own sheets and blankets cuz ours had burnt holes in them.

Not a good motel at all!!! First off when I signed in the owner went outside and pretended to buy a drink so he could check out who I had in my vehicle with me. When a friend dropped me off at the room after a visit to the casino the owner came outside telling me and my visitor that he had to leave because no visitors are allowed. The owner said "I thought it was two females in the room" I did not tell them that it was two females. I paid a lot of money to be told I couldn't have a visitor. It's b.s if you ask me.

"Rat hole Inn and suites" Just don't bother to stop at this place. Spend the extra 5 or 10 bucks and stay at the Hampton down the street. This place is really not cheaper, you will end up paying more than advertised. They nickel and dime you for the basics. You want a room that doesn't smell awful? $5 extra, I kid you not. And it will still smell bad. It's seriously one of the worst places I have ever stayed.
