We just stopped in randomly on a late night traveling. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The bed was comfortable. The lady working the front desk was very kind. We even received a welcome bag with snacks because it was late and no restaurants were open. There was a nice continental breakfast provided in the morning which is nice when traveling. I was very impressed and would stay here again because Of this experience.

Do Not Stay HERE!!!!! They do not respect people with disabilities. Instead, they treat them like lepers. They have one staff one of the rudest manager of a hotel I have ever met. I tried to check in my with trained service animal and this blond mid-aged woman would not let me check in unless I told them what disability service my dog was trained in. I believe that is actually against the policies of the Americans with Disabilities Act. She cancelled my reservation with out giving me a refund. I had to call my credit card company to open a dispute to get a full refund. This is discrimination against and complete disrespect of people who need to travel with their service animals. I don’t need to be blind or hear of hearing to be in need of a service animal. There are many other reason why I may need a trained service animal which I did not care to share with her.

A perfect stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed with new and very firm mattress. Excellent breakfast buffet. And wonderful front desk staff. Tyler who checked us in was professional, efficient and very gracious. The woman on duty in the morning was cheerful and pleasant. Overall a wonderful experience

amazing customer service, amazing clean hallways and elevator, room was a great size for a family of 4 that just stopped for a good nights rest. the bed was so comfy and the pillows very fluffy. the shower had a few great settings for all accommodations for my family. the breakfast was amazing with many different foods for a very picky family waffle maker, a few cereals, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast and so much more. there was a pool and hottub that was wonderful, hot, and relaxing
