I have done business with Federico over the years and have enjoyed working with several of the employees there. Tom, Courtni, Sheryl, and Farrah have been very helpful throughout my visits. I most recently traded in my car and Sheryl was great to talk with. I really appreciated Farrah filling out all of the paperwork so that I didn't have to make a trip anywhere else (like the DMV!). I do wish that they had more options, which is not necessarily their choice. I also found some issues with my car that need addressed, so I'm bummed that I have to take it back in for repair so soon.
